About Nordic Precision Exhibits

Nordic Precision Exhibits is a custom trade show exhibit builder and exhibit rental company in Orlando, Florida. We design, fabricate, print, install and store trade show exhibits — and we do those things in our own building, with our own people, rather than coordinating them across a chain of subcontractors.

You will find us at 7574 Presidents Dr, Orlando, FL 32809, which is a short drive from the Orange County Convention Center. That address matters more than it looks like it should. A great many companies selling exhibits in Orlando have no premises in Orlando, and on the two days of the year when something goes wrong, the distance between your booth and the people who built it is the only thing that counts.

Backed by twenty-five years

Nordic Precision Exhibits is a brand of Exhibit Experience, Inc., which has been building trade show exhibits for twenty-five years — a quarter century of commitment to the same trade. Exhibit Experience operates two 30,000 square foot facilities, one in Orlando and one in Las Vegas, which between them cover the two busiest exhibition cities in the United States.

That is what sits behind this brand: not a sales office with a catalogue, but two working shops with welders, carpenters, printers, riggers and install crews in them.

What we do in our own building

• Design and free 3D rendering. Every project is rendered in 3D before you commit, at no cost.
• In-house fabrication. Metalwork, carpentry, paint and assembly happen in the Orlando facility. Your exhibit is built standing up and inspected before it is crated.
• In-house large-format printing. Graphics are printed through Factory of Graphics, our own print operation — fabric, rigid panel, backlit, floor vinyl and hanging banners.
• Turnkey installation and dismantle. Our own crew handles freight coordination, drayage, install, show-floor support and dismantle.
• Storage between shows. Your exhibit lives in our facility between events and is reconfigured as your show schedule changes.

Why this brand exists

Nordic Precision Exhibits was created for one job in particular: being the United States partner for companies exhibiting here from Europe.

A European company exhibiting at the Orange County Convention Center is solving a set of problems that a domestic exhibitor never has to think about. Stand space is quoted in feet on a 10-foot grid rather than in square metres. Power is 110V. Freight arriving from overseas has to clear customs and then survive the drayage system. Show floors run on union labour rules that vary by venue and by task. Move-in windows are fixed and unforgiving, and a stand that misses one does not go up.

Building the stand here removes most of that at a stroke. There is no ocean freight on the structure, no customs entry and no carnet for the build itself, the electrics are US standard from the first drawing, and the graphics are printed in the same city as the show, so a reprint is a day rather than a week. We quote in feet and in square metres, because a stand described only in feet to a team in Stockholm, Copenhagen or Munich is a stand nobody can picture.

The venues we work in

In Central Florida we build and install at the Orange County Convention Center — the second-largest convention centre in the United States, roughly 2.1 million square feet of exhibition space across the West Building and the North/South Building — and at Gaylord Palms, the Rosen properties, Hyatt Regency Orlando and the Caribe Royale, as well as venues across Kissimmee and Lake Buena Vista.

Through Exhibit Experience's Las Vegas facility we also cover the Las Vegas Convention Center, Mandalay Bay, Venetian Expo, Caesars Forum and Wynn, and we ship custom builds to shows anywhere in the United States.

How we work

We would rather tell you what a job actually needs than sell you the largest thing you will agree to. If a 10x20 rental does the job your brief describes, we will say so, and if the brief cannot be met inside the budget you have, we will say that too, early, while it can still be changed.

Every project starts with a free 3D rendering and an itemised written quotation. You will see both before you are asked to commit to anything.
