Trade Show Booth Rental Sizes in Orlando

Every trade show floor plan starts with one decision, and it is not the design. It is the size. Before you choose a colour, a headline or a product display, you choose a footprint — and that footprint decides your budget, your shipping, your labour hours and how many people can stand in your space at once without it feeling crowded.

Nordic Precision Exhibits builds and rents trade show exhibits in Orlando in every standard footprint, from a single 10x10 inline to a 30x40 island. Every one of them is fabricated in our own 30,000 square foot Orlando facility, with the graphics printed in-house, and delivered to the Orange County Convention Center or any Central Florida venue as a turnkey package — we install it before you arrive and dismantle it after you leave.

This page is the plain version of what each size actually means: the dimensions in feet and in square metres, what fits inside it, and who it suits. If you are coming from Europe and think in metres, the conversions are in the table. H2: Orlando booth rental sizes at a glance

US trade show floors are laid out on a 10-foot grid, which is why every standard booth is a multiple of ten feet. European exhibitors are usually working from a stand size quoted in square metres, so both are given here.

[TABLE — see the paste-ready HTML table below the copy] H2: Inline booths: 10x10 and 10x20

An inline booth sits in a row with neighbours on both sides and a back wall behind it. You are seen from the aisle in front, and that is it — which makes the back wall the single most important surface you own.

The 10x10 is 100 square feet, about 9.3 square metres, and it is the standard entry footprint at almost every US show. It comfortably holds two people working, a counter, a monitor and a back wall graphic. It does not comfortably hold a meeting. If your goal in Orlando is to be present, collect leads and hand out material, a 10x10 does that job properly.

The 10x20 is 200 square feet, about 18.6 square metres, and it is the most requested inline size we build. Doubling the width buys you something a 10x10 cannot give you at any price: separation. You can put a demo station at one end, a semi-private seating area at the other, and still keep a clear path through the middle. For most companies exhibiting at the Orange County Convention Center for the first time, this is the size that actually does the work. H2: Corner and peninsula booths: 20x20

At 20x20 — 400 square feet, about 37.2 square metres — you are usually on a corner or a peninsula, open on two or three sides. The design problem changes completely. You are no longer decorating a back wall; you are building something that has to read from several directions at once, which is where hanging signage, tower structures and LED Totems start to earn their cost. There is room for a genuine meeting area with a door or a curtain, and room for storage that is not a curtain draped over boxes. H2: Island booths: 20x30, 30x30 and 30x40

An island is open on all four sides, and it is a different kind of build. Nothing is hidden. Every elevation is a front.

20x30 is 600 square feet, about 55.7 square metres — the smallest footprint where an island really works, with space for a closed meeting room and an open demo area side by side.

30x30 is 900 square feet, about 83.6 square metres. At this size the structure itself becomes the attraction: double-deck options, large-format overhead graphics, and enough clear floor to run a scheduled presentation without blocking your own traffic.

30x40 is 1,200 square feet, about 111.5 square metres. This is a flagship presence, and it is the size where planning matters most — sightlines, rigging points, electrical drops and the order in which things get built all have to be settled before anything is fabricated. H2: What is included in an Orlando booth rental

A rental from Nordic Precision Exhibits is not a pile of parts delivered to a loading dock. Every footprint above comes as a turnkey package:

  • Free 3D rendering before you commit, so you see the booth as it will be built
  • Fabrication in our own Orlando facility — not subcontracted out
  • Large-format graphics printed in-house through Factory of Graphics
  • Delivery to the Orange County Convention Center, Gaylord Palms, Rosen, Hyatt Regency Orlando or any Central Florida venue
  • Full installation and dismantle by our own crew
  • Storage between shows, so the same exhibit can be reused across a season

Choosing a size when you are exhibiting from outside the US

If you are shipping from Europe, size is not only a design question — it is a freight question. A larger footprint built in Orlando and stored in Orlando costs less to run over three shows than a smaller stand air-freighted from Europe each time. It also removes the customs paperwork, the transformer problem for 230-volt equipment, and the risk that your stand sits in a port while your show opens. We build here, store here and install here, which is the entire reason Nordic Precision Exhibits exists. H2: Frequently asked questions What is the most common trade show booth size in Orlando?

The 10x20 inline is the most requested footprint we build. It is 200 square feet, about 18.6 square metres, and it is large enough to separate a demo area from a conversation area without moving into island pricing. How do US booth sizes convert to square metres?

A 10x10 is about 9.3 square metres, a 10x20 about 18.6, a 20x20 about 37.2, a 20x30 about 55.7, a 30x30 about 83.6 and a 30x40 about 111.5 square metres. Can I change booth size between shows?

Yes. Because the exhibits are modular and stored in our Orlando facility, the same programme can run a 10x20 at one show and a 20x20 at the next without a new build. Do you install at the Orange County Convention Center?

Yes. Installation and dismantle at the OCCC is handled by our own crew as part of the turnkey package. How far in advance should a booth be booked for an Orlando show?

Industry practice is to have the design settled around twelve weeks before the show and fabrication under way by eight weeks, which leaves room for graphics approval and any changes to the floor plan.
