Nordic Precision Exhibits exists in large part for European companies exhibiting in the United States for the first time. The stand you use in Frankfurt, Stockholm or Barcelona is built to different electrical standards, different fire-marshal rules and different labour arrangements, and shipping it across the Atlantic frequently costs more than building a better one here. We handle US electrical, union labour co-ordination, drayage and on-site logistics as part of the turnkey quote, and we work in both metric and imperial drawings so nothing is lost in conversion. Frequently asked questions about Orlando exhibit rentals

How far in advance should I book an Orlando exhibit rental?
For a standard inline, six to eight weeks is comfortable. For an island of 20x20 or larger, or for any show week at the OCCC with multiple concurrent events, twelve weeks gives design, fabrication and rigging approval room to breathe. We take shorter timelines regularly because we fabricate locally, but the design phase is where quality is won or lost.

Can I rent the structure but own the graphics?
Yes. Graphics are printed for you and are yours to keep. Many exhibitors rent the structure every show and reuse graphics across two or three events until the message changes.

Do you handle installation and dismantle at the Orange County Convention Center?
Yes. Turnkey I&D is included in the quote, carried out by our own supervised crew, and co-ordinated with the show's general contractor and the applicable labour rules for that hall.

Can a rental exhibit be customised to our brand?
Completely. The structure is rented; the design, graphics, layout, lighting and finish are built for you. You approve a free 3D rendering before anything is fabricated.
